Being in the right place at the right time, preparing for transfers, again, and another baptism on the horizon.

We got to talk to Jacob for a while this week. He is happy and healthy! The only negative, this week, is that the air conditioning in his office broke. If that's the worst thing that could happen, he's doing ok!
Good Morning everybody!
This week went by so fast! The weeks seem to fly by now. It feels like just yesterday I was writing my weekly email. But this week was really good, we had some good lessons and a cool experience.
We were walking in the street, we were a little down, as the appointment we were supposed to have had just fallen through, and we didn't have any other plans. As we were walking, we talked about who could we visit. We both felt like we should go check on Jonny Tuesta, (he is a member in the ward and he plays the piano for the ward). He hadn't come to church the last couple of Sundays, so we decided to see how he was doing. We knocked on the door and his dad told us to come in. We found Jonny sitting on the couch covered in injuries. He had a cast on his leg and his whole face was bleeding. He was actually quite calm though. We asked what had happened and he told us that he was riding his motorcycle while talking on his phone. All of a sudden, someone rode up next to him and grabbed his phone from his hand and caused him to fly off his motorcycle; then they rode off with his phone. We were shocked, but offered to give him a priesthood blessing. As we blessed him, the spirit filled the room and I just know that God put us in that situation to help him. We told him to get some rest and to trust that everything is going to be ok.
Elder Moldis and Elder Skidmore in my district now have someone with a baptismal date! So the office is finally going to have a baptism on the 28th of September! His name is Jean Pierre, I think I talked about him last week, but he is just so cool, and he loves to learn more and more about the gospel! This mission is so awesome!
Transfers are coming up in a few weeks and I am not really prepared yet. This week is going to go by so fast as well. There are interviews for all the missionaries in Iquitos and the Multi-Zone conference. It will keep us busy here in the office. I'll let you know how that goes.
Love you guys a ton. I hope you are all having spiritual experiences and having a great time!
Con mucho cariño
