Many miracles bring to pass the wedding and baptism for our missionaries.

Glynis here: Our Elder is happy to report that he is healthy and happy in Pucallpa! He is anticipating a change this transfer, but hopes that he will stay in the area to see the baptism of the family he is working with. It has been great to talk to him and see that his is indeed doing ok. We know that he misses his grandpa, but what a blessing it is to know that families are forever, and that we will see him again.
Hi everyone!
It has been a great week for us! Elder Veach and I finally had our wedding and baptism Sulema and her husband Roberto! On Friday, we had the wedding and dance, and there were a lot of people that came. Even our other family of investigators, the Hidalgo Acho family. It was a great experience, and it was really good for Sulema and Roberto to be ministered by the ward and to feel welcomed.
The next day was their baptism, and it was also really great. Not a lot of members from our ward showed up, but we had a combined baptism with 2 other wards, so there were a lot of people there. I baptized Sulema and Elder Veach baptized Valentina, and afterwards Sulema bore her testimony to everyone there and it was so sincere. It was a great night!
So for those who haven't heard the story of their conversion, it was miracle after miracle. A transfer or so ago was when Elder Veach and I first found them. We were out contacting, and we just so happened to knock on their door late at night, they let us in and they told us that that morning, they had seen us go into the village, and they said to each other that if we touch their door, they needed to go to church. Roberto was an inactive member, and about a year ago they had been going to church in a different ward but then moved into our area and stopped going, so the fact that we found them was a miracle. Then, after a few visits, Roberto moved to another city a few hours away by plane called Puerto Maldonado, we were really sad but kept visiting the rest of his family while he was gone. One day, she mentioned to us that February is their anniversary month, and if it were possible to get married they would. It was mostly a joke when they said it, but Elder Veach and I took it seriously and started getting everything ready. We got Roberto to come back and he just barely made it in time for the wedding which was another miracle because he didn't have enough money to make the trip, but God helped him to come. And now they are really strong converts. I am so grateful for the help we received from God, and I recognize His hand in helping them to be baptized.
I love you guys a ton!! Write when you can!
